The site team from Aspen Village have had a busy start to 2022. This month they hit an exciting milestone, reaching the roof of Stage 1. With the final slab poured, the team has now moved on to installing the rooftop amenity and landscaping works, set against fantastic views of the Brindabella Mountain Range.
Fit out continues up to level 6 in Stage 1, with the sheeting of gyprock now underway in the lower floors. The structure of Stage 2 is now completely out of the ground reaching up to level 3 in some sections.
Buyers will be thrilled to hear that Stage 1 is on track for completion by mid-2022, while Stage 2 is making steady progress towards top-out around mid-March.
